Job Desc
· Follow SOP/template/criteria, optimize procedure and tools.
· CRM databa
· Handle all inbound and outbound calls to define the real opportunities for North America, Europe and South East Asian markets.
· Define the right products and maintain a good relationship with customers via phone/Live Chat/email.
· Weekly and monthly report preparation to measure the performance and KPI.
· Cooperate with marketing for market research and product promotion.
Education/Training
· Bachelor – English as major or electronic related is preferred.
Experience (minimum required)
· 1 year or above technical support experience, call center or e-business management experience is preferred.
Knowledge
· Self-initiative
· Good team/project management skill, can complete work under high pressure.
· Familiar with business and SOP.
· Excellent English communication and presentation skill.
· Outgoing and not afraid to speak with foreigners.
